1 Acceptance of Terms

Accurate Information

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tayagm login credentials. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Identity Verification (KYC)

Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine passport, a government-issued national ID, a driver's licence, or a PhilSys (Philippine Identification System) card. 4 Deposits and Payments

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are using belong to you and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. Tayagm reserves the right to request documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual transactions.
5 Withdrawals
Tayagm processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
Processing Times
Tayagm aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal can be processed, all active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be completed or the associated bonus must be removed. Additionally, identity verification (KYC) must be complete before any withdrawal can be approved. Tayagm reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ₱50,000 or that display unusual patterns.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering Requirements
Bonus credits awarded by tayagm are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific turnover requirement for each promotion is clearly stated at the point of offer. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.
Bonus Abuse
Tayagm monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new player bonuses more than once; placing bets in patterns specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to genuinely play; and colluding with other accounts to satisfy wagering requirements. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
Maximum Bet with Active Bonus
While a wagering bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is ₱500 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
7 Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of a technical malfunction or a game error of any kind, tayagm reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction, regardless of the displayed outcome. Winnings derived from a demonstrable game error are not valid and will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tayagm and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or programme to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
- Attempting to reverse or chargeback a deposit after using the funds for wagering.

- Engaging in any form of money laundering through tayagm's payment systems.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing another person to operate your account.

9 Account Suspension and Termination
Tayagm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these terms, applicable law, or the fair use of the platform.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance that cannot be attributed to legitimate play or that is associated with the prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate funds not associated with any breach will be returned to the original payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.
You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting tayagm support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions outlined in Section 5.
